About Planet ID

An animated solar system keeps every planet orbiting in real time, and your job is to identify each one as it swings past — a faster, more visual way to learn the order from the Sun than a static list. Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune: the same order, but you have to recognize each planet by its relative size, color, and orbital position instead of just reciting names.

It's a good entry point before the harder solar-system games on the site — once planet order feels automatic, the scale and gravity games ask you to reason about the planets instead of just naming them. Want the real numbers behind each one? See the full planet fact sheets.
